GAST BAKER'S HOUSE

GAST BAKER'S HOUSE | Paris

BAKERY BY DAY, BISTROT BY NIGHT.

Located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, GAST combines artisanal bakery and bistronomic cuisine! Everyday, our bakery welcomes you from 9AM with our homemade pastries, breads, and hot drinks. From 10AM to 4PM, we offer a creative brunch centered around our breads. From 7PM, the restaurant unveils a modern, seasonal, and sharing bistronomic menu with a large selection of natural wines.

GAST's visual identity was designed by the artist Pieter Ceizer. About the founders Killian Le Houérou and Siriwath Nguon Bunna :

Killian began his career as a Pastry Chef in Lyon (France) alongside the Michelin-starred Christian Tetedoie, before moving to Paris (Restaurant Akrame, "Sur Mesure" by Thierry Marx, Le Baudelaire). In 2017, he landed in London for the opening of Mandrake and met Siri. After living in Australia for a year, he returned to Paris to reunite with his mentor Akrame Benallal. He then decided that it was time to open GAST.

Siriwath started his career in hospitality at the Parisian restaurant Jamin. He then continued his training in Hong Kong (American Club, Four Seasons, Serge et le Phoque...) and in Sydney at Momofuku, passing through London (Mandrake, JKS Restaurant Group, 10 Cases), before returning to Paris for the GAST adventure.
